Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable professional to join our finance team at CV-Library, based in Central Oxford. As an Accounts Payable Finance Professional, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable processes, evaluating requisitions, and processing invoices.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely receipt and approval of purchase orders and requisitions.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with the finance team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • GCSEs or equivalent.
  • Accounting qualification (e.g., AAT, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Previous experience in accounts payable role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Accuracy in data entry and ability to resolve discrepancies.
  • Strong analytical skills and proactive approach to issue resolution.
