We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated person to fill the role of Finance Clerk at Cornerstone Resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable duties, working closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Posting invoices and credit notes while ensuring correct coding in our financial system
  • Preparing monthly supplier statement reconciliations for review by senior management
  • Responding to internal and external queries via phone and email
  • Processing supplier payments after obtaining approval from a senior Finance Manager
  • Maintaining compliance with relevant financial policies and procedures for all accounts payable activities
Accounts Receivable Responsibilities:
  • Recording and reconciling all incoming financial transactions
  • Resolving outstanding payments and sending collection statements as needed
  • Updating account information and records of clients
  • Assisting with audits and identifying discrepancies in financial accounts
  • E nsuring that financial records meet company standards
  • Compiling financial reports for management review

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 based on industry standards and location considerations. This part-time role is fixed-term, covering maternity leave from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
