Senior IT Support Engineer Opportunity

Are you a skilled IT professional looking for a challenging role that utilizes your technical expertise? We are seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to join our team at Hott Source Limited. This position offers a unique blend of technical and leadership responsibilities, making it an ideal fit for someone who enjoys administrating new technologies and tackling complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and manage Windows Server 2019-2022, Windows 10/11, and macOS environments
  • Implement and maintain Microsoft 365, Entra ID, OneDrive, and SharePoint solutions
  • Design and deploy Azure infrastructure and services
  • Configure and manage VMware/Hyper-V environments
  • Implement and maintain networking and security solutions using Cisco Routers/Switches/Firewalls/Meraki
  • Manage storage and backup solutions
  • Develop and implement automation scripts for system upgrades and maintenance tasks

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT support and systems engineering
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 10/11, and macOS
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, OneDrive, and SharePoint
  • Proficiency in Azure, VMware/Hyper-V, and networking and security solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

What We Offer:
