Senior IT Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support Engineer to join our team at Hott Source Limited. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members on IT-related issues
  • Deploy and manage Windows Server, Windows 10/11, and macOS environments
  • Implement and maintain Microsoft 365, Entra ID, OneDrive, and SharePoint services
  • Design and implement Azure-based solutions
  • Configure and manage VMware/Hyper-V environments
  • Develop and implement network security policies using Cisco Routers/Switches/Firewalls/Meraki
  • Manage storage and backup systems
  • Ensure business continuity through disaster recovery planning and execution
Requirements:
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Experience with Windows Server, Windows 10/11, and macOS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, OneDrive, and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of Azure and VMware/Hyper-V
  • Understanding of network security concepts and Cisco Routers/Switches/Firewalls/Meraki
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
