Senior IT Support Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support Engineer to join our team at Hott Source Limited. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and manage Windows Server 2019-2022, Windows 10/11, and macOS environments
  • Implement and maintain Microsoft 365, Entra ID, OneDrive, and SharePoint solutions
  • Design and deploy Azure infrastructure and services
  • Configure and manage VMware/Hyper-V virtualization environments
  • Implement and maintain networking and security solutions using Cisco Routers/Switches/Firewalls/Meraki
  • Manage storage and backup solutions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT support and systems engineering
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 10/11, and macOS
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, OneDrive, and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of Azure and VMware/Hyper-V
  • Experience with networking and security solutions
