The ideal candidate will drive product launches, develop thought leadership, and support growth and product strategy with a focus on customer needs and market trends in the climate tech space.

As a Climate Tech Marketing Lead, you will lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products and features, ensuring product-market fit. You will own market positioning and creative storytelling, becoming an expert in our market, analysing trends, monitoring the competitor landscape, and identifying opportunities for differentiation.

You will define, size, and prioritise customer segments, run win/loss analysis programs, collect customer case studies, and run insights gathering activities to help us best serve our customer's needs. You will own customer acquisition and retention activities, collaborating with the marketing and product team to create campaigns and content to drive lead generation and nurturing.

Using data, you will develop and optimise product-led growth techniques such as free trial offerings, freemium models, landing pages, referral programs, and free tools. You will partner with the product team to influence the product strategy and roadmap based on your insights on the market and customers.

You will work closely with the sales team to develop and deliver effective sales enablement, training, and marketing collateral such as battle cards, case studies, white papers, and others. You will actively foster an inclusive and diverse team environment, promoting a sense of belonging and creating opportunities for the cross-functional team to contribute and be heard.

We're looking for a seasoned product marketer with 7+ years of experience, several major product launches under their belt, including developing a go-to-market strategy. You should have a proven track record of growing software products, with at least one experience in a B2B context.
