Deputy Restaurant Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Turtle Bay Restaurants. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in managing our restaurant and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Support the General Manager in managing the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and staff engagement.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement training programs for staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Contribute to the development of the restaurant's business plan, including sales projections, marketing strategies, and operational improvements.
