Deputy Manager Role

We're looking for a Deputy Manager to join our team in Chelmsford. As a Deputy Manager, you'll work a 4-day working week supporting your General Manager in managing your restaurant and hosting your guests to ensure they experience the warmth of the Caribbean and return.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in managing the restaurant and hosting guests
  • Work a 4-day working week
