About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Turtle Bay Restaurants. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in managing the restaurant and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in managing the restaurant and leading the team to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for growth and improvement, implementing changes to drive business results.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to junior managers and team members to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
