About the Role...

As a Deputy Manager at Turtle Bay, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant, providing exceptional guest experiences and maintaining a positive and upbeat atmosphere.

You will be responsible for mentoring junior managers, leading by example, and driving performance to achieve business goals. Your passion for hospitality, combined with your commercial acumen, will make you an asset to our team.
