Business Development Partner

The Spicerhaart Group Ltd. is a leading estate agency business in the UK, investing in innovative partnerships with high-achieving individuals. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone to build and develop the estate agency profile in a designated core area.
As a Business Development Partner, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to increase market presence and drive business growth. You will work closely with local stakeholders to establish strong relationships and secure new business opportunities.
Salary
This is a fully employed position with a competitive basic salary of £20,000 - £27,500 per year, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission and other benefits.
Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the estate agency brand
- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH LOCAL STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING BUSINESS OWNERS AND PROFESSIONALS
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including property valuations and sales
- Working collaboratively with the local property centre team to provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 4 years' experience in estate agency or a related field
- A proven track record of business development and growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
