About the Role

GSK is seeking a skilled Engineer to support the respiratory department in providing technical expertise for production equipment manufacturing multi-dose powder inhalers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver improvements across Frontend platforms and associated Infrastructure on site, ensuring documentation and validation reviews are completed.
  • Collaborate with equipment manufacturers, Quality and Safety Practitioners, and Regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with GMP standards.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on Safety, Quality, Cost, and Customer Service, and implementing corrective and preventative actions.
  • Support and integrate Continuous Improvement techniques, leveraging digital and data processes to optimize operational effectiveness.
  • Improve procedures relevant to the Frontend Engineering Department.
About You
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments, with a strong understanding of GMP principles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
  • Knowledge of process safety awareness, risk management, and basic OE and leadership principles.
  • Ability to manage small packages of Engineering work on complex manufacturing equipment.
