Dronamics Manufacturing Joint Venture: A New Era in Cargo Drone Production

We are seeking an experienced CEO to lead the development of our manufacturing joint venture, a game-changing initiative in the cargo drone industry. As the CEO of the JV, you will be responsible for providing strategic, financial, and operational leadership, driving growth, and ensuring the JV meets its financial and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Identify and manage strategic risks and opportunities, ensuring the JV's success in a competitive market.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage and optimize the operational performance of the JV, including cost management, productivity, and efficiency improvements.
  • Financial Management: Lead the development of financial strategies and oversee the organization's financial performance, implementing a robust financial management system to monitor performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ensure the JV operates in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, implementing and upholding corporate governance policies, risk management practices, and ethical standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly report to the Board of Directors on the operational, financial, and strategic performance of the JV, establishing performance metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and hold the organization accountable to its goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a CEO, plant manager, operations manager, or other senior managerial positions, with a track record of successfully integrating manufacturing requirements into the design phase, reducing lead times, improving product quality, and optimizing cost.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience in the aerospace, automotive, or medical devices industries, with a zero-defect mindset and a strong understanding of corporate finance, performance management, and business operations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).

  • Operational Targets: Achievement of operational targets, including safety, quality, delivery, revenue, profitability, cash flow, and ROI.
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: High stakeholder satisfaction and effective partnership management.
  • Organizational Culture: Development of a strong organizational culture and leadership team.
