- Vehicle Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of vehicle specifications, features, and pricing to effectively negotiate with customers.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other sales team members and departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Additional Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records, adhere to company policies, and participate in ongoing training and development.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driving license.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- Basic Salary: £20,000 per annum.
- Ongoing Earnings Target (OTE): £45,000 per annum, uncapped.
- Bonus Structure: 50% of OTE guaranteed for the first two months.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, Saturdays 9:00am to 5:00pm, and alternate Sundays 11:00am to 4:00pm.
