Job Title: Stock Control Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Stock Control Supervisor to lead our Warehouse and Logistics Team at Optos. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, team leadership, and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement warehouse strategies to optimize inventory levels and meet business requirements.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure efficient stock control and shipping processes.
- Collaborate with Inventory Control and Logistics Manager to achieve corporate goals and objectives.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing Health and Safety procedures and conducting regular risk assessments.
- Recruit, manage, and develop warehouse staff to maximize their contribution and professional growth.
- Support the management of warehouse processes, including inventory management, shipping, and kitting.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND or equivalent experience in Warehousing or Manufacturing.
- People management and supervisory experience within a medium/low warehousing and manufacturing environment.
- Medical devices experience preferred, with understanding of GMP and ISO requirements.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills.
