We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to lead our psychology services in the Newham area. As a Clinical Psychologist Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing evidence-based interventions to support individuals experiencing difficulties associated with drug and alcohol use.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and lead psychology services to support individuals experiencing difficulties associated with drug and alcohol use
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based interventions
- Contribute to the development of psychology resources to support equity and quality delivery of interventions
- Work closely with the Head of Psychology and Psychological Therapies to adapt models to meet people's needs
- Registered Psychologist with experience of working at Consultant level or ready to take this step
- Experience of working in a Clinical, Counselling, or Forensic Psychologist background
- Ability to lead and develop psychology services to support individuals experiencing difficulties associated with drug and alcohol use
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Opportunity to work with a national team of Psychologists and qualified counsellors
- Monthly clinical supervision from the Head of Psychology and Psychological Therapies
- Chance to make a difference in the lives of individuals experiencing difficulties associated with drug and alcohol use
