Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the Mental Health Specialist Team.
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to develop and implement service developments.
- Ensure good clinical governance, quality, and appropriateness of services delivered by the team.
- Lead on workforce development and recruitment within the team.
- Post-graduate Doctoral level training and qualification in Clinical Psychology.
- Professional registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience of working in Child and Adolescent Mental Health services, including leadership roles.
- Experience of providing clinical supervision and training to qualified and non-qualified Psychologists.
- Advanced theoretical knowledge of child and adolescent mental health and the evidence base for relevant interventions.
