About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at LG Engineering Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our heavy plant and industrial machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance to prevent equipment downtime
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults to minimize production losses
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Conduct general welding and fabrication tasks as required
  • Assist with bench fitting and other maintenance-related activities
Requirements
  • Time-served or equivalent qualifications in a relevant trade
  • Previous experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer or similar role
  • Basic welding and fabrication skills
  • Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work to meet business needs
