Primary Education Assistant Position

Austin Fraser is recruiting a skilled and motivated Teaching Assistant to work in partnership with Lancashire County Council. The successful candidate will provide academic support to students in primary, secondary, and SEN schools, working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop lesson plans and implement educational programs.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, or HLTA
- Recent experience in primary, secondary, or SEN schools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits:
- Paid at a competitive hourly rate, estimated to be between £12.09-£16.18 per hour, depending on level of qualification
