We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team of professionals working in primary schools. As a valued member of the school community, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and other support staff in delivering high-quality education to students.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and preparation, ensuring that materials are prepared and ready for use
- Providing one-to-one support to students, helping them to understand and complete tasks
- Monitoring student progress, identifying areas where additional support may be needed
