About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in South Lancaster. As a full-time employee, you will support class teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons, lead small group interventions, and work closely with individual pupils to support their specific educational needs.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will hold a Level 3 qualification in Teaching Assistance, have experience working with primary-aged children, ideally across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, and demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and be flexible to meet the changing needs of the school.
What We Offer
A competitive salary of £22,000-£24,000 per annum, depending on experience, opportunities for professional development and career progression, access to resources and training to support your role, and a chance to make a real difference in the lives of our pupils.
