Job Description:
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Regional Business Leader at Post Office, you will play a significant role in the continual change and development of our field-based support function. You will be responsible for providing inspirational leadership to up to 10 Area Managers and 2 Business Support Managers, enabling them to deliver exceptional results and support the Post Offices in their area.
You will empower your team to build effective commercial relationships, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service, all with the aim of supporting Postmasters in maximizing their business potential. You will have ownership of your region's strategic business plan implementation and interface with key business stakeholders and the broader Postmaster teams to deliver the wider business strategy.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will be a positive and dynamic business leader with experience in Retail Franchise. You will possess:
- The ability to lead people in a complex and agile environment, and deliver substantial business change initiatives
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build successful teams focused on common goals
- Be commercially orientated with good business acumen, analytical and numerate, with the ability to understand and interpret trends from data
- Excellent influencing and communication skills. Able to deliver messages effectively at all levels
- Senior management experience ideally working in a large, complex retail environment
- A demonstrable track record developing teams to maximize their potential
