Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Director to lead our business operations in Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing regional business plans, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional business plans to drive continuous improvement and growth
  • Lead and manage a team of Store Managers and colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
  • Manage talent development and succession planning for the region
  • Deliver consistent performance across all products and verticals
  • Lead new product launches and ensure consistent performance

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in multisite retail operations
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Currently based in Scotland (preferably on patch)
