The ideal candidate will be based in Scotland, supporting the creation of new business and account management for our client's prestigious portfolio of properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a sales strategy for the regional portfolio of hotels, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
Identify and target key market segments for each hotel, leveraging sales expertise to achieve revenue targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel General Managers and sales teams, to drive sales growth and new business initiatives.
Drive targeted sales activity, reviewing account revenue production against targets on a quarterly basis.
Work closely with sales office teams to increase sales lead opportunities, conversion rates, and drive a sustained approach to target sales pro-activity.
Conduct regular sales reviews with senior management teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with competitor activity and market trends, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Share sales best practices and knowledge within the wider team, ensuring a consistent and on-brand approach with both internal and external customers.
