Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a regional business strategy to drive continuous improvement and growth.
  • Lead the development of the personal customer experience in stores, setting the standard for Senior Managers and Store colleagues.
  • Oversee talent management and succession planning within the region.
  • Ensure consistent performance across all products and verticals, with a focus on delivering new product launches and maintaining performance standards.
