About the Role

As a Care Assistant at Agincare, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. We are looking for experienced care professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes or in our care homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Companionship: Provide support, companionship, communication, and engagement to our clients.
  • Personal Care: Support clients with personal care, including washing, bathing, and dressing.
  • Medication: Prompt, assist, or administer medications and creams as required.
  • Meals: Support clients with healthy meals, snacks, and beverages.
  • Domestic Tasks: Assist with light cleaning tasks and maintain a safe and comfortable environment for our clients.
  • Mobility: Support clients to maintain their independence and mobility.
  • Social Activities: Plan and participate in social activities, trips, and events to enhance our clients' quality of life.
