Oracle Functional Developer

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Functional Developer to join our team at Kaizen Lab Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle databases, as well as strong functional knowledge of Oracle SCM, including CS, INV, IB, OM, WIP, BOM & FND modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Requirements analysis, functional design, and test documentation/execution of RICECPW solutions in Oracle SCM modules.
  2. Support all technical activities and follow the processes consistent with approved Agile approach.
  3. Document RICECPW functional designs to communicate with developers and comply with program documentation standards/change management processes.
  4. Execute development and user acceptance testing in accordance with the test script, and document test results.
  5. Present demonstrations of RICECPW testing activities to Product Owner and government SME/FE teams.
  6. Provide detailed deployment instructions for successful migration/backout of code.
  7. Manage the analysis through design and development phases related to Oracle modules.

Required Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management modules R12/R11.
  2. Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.
  3. Strong functional knowledge of Oracle SCM, including CS, INV, IB, OM, WIP, BOM & FND modules.
  4. Experience in Oracle e-BS R12 and Oracle databases.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  1. Experience in Marine Corps / DoD supply and maintenance processes.
  2. Experience in Agile.
  3. Experience in SOA/BPEL Programming is a plus.
