We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS Developer to support our Marine Corps Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) based logistics system. The ideal candidate will work in an Agile development team building Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, Configurations, Personalizations, and Workflows (RICECPW) solutions for Oracle SCM modules, including CS, INV, IB, OM, WIP, BOM & FND.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Requirements analysis, functional design, and test documentation/execution of RICECPW in Oracle SCM modules.
  2. Support for Oracle Project Implementation.
  3. Knowledge of / Experience with Oracle Projects APIs.
  4. Document RICECPW functional designs to communicate with developers.
  5. Execute development and user acceptance testing.
  6. Present demonstrations of RICECPW testing activities.
  7. Provide detailed deployment instructions.
  8. Manage the analysis through design and development phases related to Oracle modules.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Experience with life-cycle Implementation.
  2. Experience in Oracle e-BS R12 and Oracle databases.
  3. Strong functional knowledge of Oracle SCM, including CS, INV, IB, OM, WIP, BOM & FND modules and Oracle Projects PA.
  4. Working knowledge of Oracle EBS technical toolsets.
  5. Familiar with Oracle EBS and/or SCM base tables.
  6. Periodically perform impact analysis of the Oracle product updates.
  7. Experience in requirements analysis, testing, documentation.

Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.
  2. 5+ years of Experience in Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management modules R12 and Oracle Projects.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  1. Oracle Project Manufacturing.
  2. Experience in Marine Corps / DoD supply and maintenance processes.
  3. Experience in Agile.
