Job Title: Oracle Functional Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Functional Developer to join our team at Kaizen Lab Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, with experience in requirements analysis, functional design, and test documentation/execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement RICECPW (Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, Configurations, Personalizations, and Workflows) solutions in Oracle SCM modules, including CS, INV, IB, OM, WIP, BOM & FND.
  2. Support all technical activities and follow the Agile development process.
  3. Document functional designs to communicate with developers and comply with program documentation standards.
  4. Execute development and user acceptance testing in accordance with test scripts and document test results.
  5. Present demonstrations of RICECPW testing activities to stakeholders.
  6. Provide detailed deployment instructions for successful migration/backout of code.
Requirements:
  1. 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management modules R12/R11.
  2. Strong functional knowledge of Oracle SCM, including CS, INV, IB, OM, WIP, BOM & FND modules.
  3. Working knowledge of Oracle EBS technical toolsets, including PL/SQL, Reports, Forms, XML, SOA, BI Publisher, Alerts and Workflow development.
  4. Familiarity with Oracle EBS and/or SCM base tables.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience in Marine Corps / DoD supply and maintenance processes.
  2. Experience in Agile development methodologies.
  3. Experience in SOA/BPEL Programming is a plus.
