Job Title: Oracle Functional Developer

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Developer to join our team at Kaizen Lab Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management modules, including CS, INV, IB, OM, WIP, BOM & FND.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements analysis, functional design, and test documentation/execution of RICECPW solutions
  • Support all technical activities and follow the processes consistent with approved Agile approach
  • Document RICECPW functional designs to communicate with developers to incorporate technical content, and comply with program documentation standards/change management processes
  • Execute development and user acceptance testing in accordance with the test script, and document test results
  • Present demonstrations of RICECPW testing activities to Product Owner and government SME/FE teams
  • Provide detailed deployment instructions for successful migration/backout of code
  • Manage the analysis through design and development phases related to Oracle modules
Requirements:
  • Experience in Oracle e-BS R12 and Oracle databases
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle SCM, including CS, INV, IB, OM, WIP, BOM & FND modules
  • Working knowledge of Oracle e-BS technical toolsets to include PL/SQL, Reports, Forms, XML, SOA, BI Publisher, Alerts and Workflow development (customizations and extensions)
  • Familiar with Oracle EBS and/or SCM base tables
  • Periodically perform impact analysis of the Oracle product updates
  • Strong knowledge of designing interfaces and conversion routines
  • Deliver solutions that meet the identified SLAs
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Work as part of a team and provide 24x7 support when required
Security Clearance:

US Citizenship required

Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance at the minimum level of Secret

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience

8+ years of Experience in Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management modules R12/R11

Preferred Additional Skills:
  • Experience in Marine Corps / DoD supply and maintenance processes
  • Experience with OAS and WF
  • Experience in APEX
  • Experience in Agile
  • Experience in SOA/BPEL Programming is a plus
