About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for assessing development impact as part of the due diligence process, working closely with investment team colleagues to inform investment decision-making. You will develop a high-quality development impact dashboard for each investment and define the monitoring plan pre-investment.
You will collect impact metrics to track actual impact post-investment, ensuring analysis is timely and high quality. Your responsibilities will include assessing how investments are performing against their initial development objectives and determining when course corrections are required.

We are seeking a strong work experience in a relevant field, preferably as an impact manager within an investment or development finance setting. Knowledge of the financial services sector is desirable, including topics such as capital markets development and sustainability bonds.
A Master's degree in economics, MBA, or equivalent analytical post-graduate degree is preferred. Work experience in developing countries, particularly in Africa and/or South Asia, is also desired.
Key Skills:- Practical understanding of impact management and private sector development
- Excellent project management, analysis, and reporting skills
- Strong communication skills, able to describe complex development impact scenarios
The salary for this role is £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous annual leave.
