Branch Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager at our Travis Perkins branch in Rickmansworth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing the skills of our colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Branch Manager in managing all aspects of the branch, including sales, operations, and customer service.
- Coach and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure the branch operates safely and efficiently, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer relationships, sales, and branch performance.

Previous experience within a builders' merchant is advantageous, but not essential. You should be highly adaptable, resilient, and tenacious with high levels of energy and drive, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
