Key Responsibilities- Support the Branch Manager in managing all aspects of the branch, including sales, operations, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Coach and develop the skills of our colleagues to ensure they have the knowledge and expertise to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with the Branch Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
- Ensure the branch is operating safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
