We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Rayner Personnel. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading our estate agency branch and driving sales growth through effective management and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of estate agents to achieve sales targets and branch performance standards.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
- Manage branch operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements to ensure the branch remains competitive and compliant.
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in estate agency, with a proven track record of sales success.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Full UK driving licence and own car.
- OTE up to 60k+
- Basic salary £25k- £30k (DOE) + Commission + Quarterly branch reward scheme + Call Performance bonus.
- Car allowance £2000pa (Plus petrol allowance paid for travel mileage at 45p per mile).
- 5 day working week (Saturday included with day off in the week) - 9am-6pm working days (Saturday hours 9am-5pm).
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays (1 Additional day added per year after 5 years' service, up to 5 additional days).
- Optional pension scheme.
