About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Eurocell. As a key member of our branch network, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Support the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets, identifying opportunities to increase revenue, and implementing strategies to maximize sales.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the branch operates efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Team Leadership: Support the Branch Manager in leading and developing the branch team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of branch inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and implementing strategies to minimize stock discrepancies.
  • Branch Administration: Assist with branch administration tasks, including data entry, reporting, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to drive sales growth, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Operational Experience: Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of operational processes and procedures.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and resolve issues effectively.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and develop a team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with experience of industry-standard software, such as SAP.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
