About the Role

Sellick Partnership Limited - Public Sector is proud to be working with an exceptional shared legal services team in the heart of the South East. We are seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join a large alternative business structure operating on behalf of public sector clients, including local government.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a large shared service arrangement on a permanent basis, which prides itself on being one of the market leaders for undertaking public sector work in the East Midlands and South East.

Key Responsibilities
  • Applications for Judicial Review
  • Contract and procurement disputes
  • Housing and homelessness matters
  • Injunction applications
  • Personal injury/insurance claims
  • Debt recovery
  • Representation and support in coroner inquests
  • Contractual disputes
  • Trading Standards prosecutions
  • Highway enforcement
  • Planning enforcement
  • Fraud prosecutions
  • Health and safety at work prosecutions
  • Prosecution for other regulatory breaches
