Litigation Lawyer (Personal Injury & Insurance)
Salary: £50 - 55 per hour umbrella (Locum / Interim)

About the Litigation Lawyer Role:
Sellick Partnership are proud to be working with an exceptional shared legal services team in the heart of the South East. We are looking for an Litigation Lawyer to join a large alternative business structure operating on behalf of public Sector Clients which includes local government. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large shared service arrangement on a locum or interim basis which prides itself on being one of the market leaders for undertaking public sector work in the East Midlands and South East.
Having obtained and maintained LEXCEL accreditation, the Law Society's quality mark, their team ensures a level of resilience which is not deliverable within smaller teams. They are also excellent value for money - a key factor in their expansion.
Key Responsibilities of the Litigation Lawyer role:
Depending on the level of experience, litigation lawyers in the team deal with:
- Applications for Judicial Review
- Contract and procurement disputes
- Personal injury/insurance claims
- Debt recovery
- Contractual disputes
The role will be a hybrid working arrangement and you will have the opportunity to work from 1 of their 3 offices in central Northampton, Bedford or Cambridge up to 1 day per week.
