About the Role

Sellick Partnership Limited - Public Sector is seeking an exceptional Litigation Lawyer to join their shared legal services team in the South East. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a large alternative business structure operating on behalf of public sector clients, including local government.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, including applications for judicial review, contract and procurement disputes, housing and homelessness matters, and more. They will be part of a team that has obtained and maintained LEXCEL accreditation, the Law Society's quality mark, and is known for its excellent value for money.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal with applications for judicial review
  • Handle contract and procurement disputes
  • Work on housing and homelessness matters
  • Represent clients in injunction applications
  • Manage personal injury and insurance claims
  • Conduct debt recovery
  • Support clients in coroner inquests
  • Handle contractual disputes
  • Prosecute trading standards cases
  • Enforce highway regulations
  • Enforce planning regulations
  • Prosecute fraud cases
  • Prosecute health and safety at work cases
  • Prosecute regulatory breaches
