We are looking for a Litigation Lawyer to join a large alternative business structure operating on behalf of public sector clients, including local government.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a large shared service arrangement on a permanent basis, which prides itself on being one of the market leaders for undertaking public sector work in the East Midlands and South East.

The team has obtained and maintained LEXCEL accreditation, the Law Society's quality mark, ensuring a level of resilience not deliverable within smaller teams. They are also excellent value for money, a key factor in their expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Applications for Judicial Review
  • Contract and procurement disputes
  • Housing and homelessness matters
  • Injunction applications
  • Personal injury/insurance claims
  • Debt recovery
  • Representation and support in coroner inquests
  • Contractual disputes
  • Trading Standards prosecutions
  • Highway enforcement
  • Planning enforcement
  • Fraud prosecutions
  • Health and safety at work prosecutions
  • Prosecution for other regulatory breaches

The role will be a hybrid working arrangement, with the opportunity to work from one of their three offices in central Northampton, Bedford, or Cambridge up to one day per week.
