About the Role
Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an exceptional Retirement Living Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement development. This will involve coordinating activities, managing maintenance, and providing a first-class service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the development
- Coordinate activities and events for residents
- Ensure the maintenance of the property is carried out to a high standard
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families
- Work closely with the Area Manager to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Experience of working in a similar role or industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of organization and time management skills
- Computer literate with experience of using Microsoft Office applications
