About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse to join our team at HMP Guys Marsh. As a Senior Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality primary care services and specialist interventions for offenders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a complex clinical caseload and ensure all clinics and consultations are delivered in a clinically effective and timely way.
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the National Standards for Health Care in Prisons for the service.
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Healthcare Team and provide clinical supervision to junior team members.
