We are looking for a highly skilled Adolescent Support Specialist to join our Preparing for Adulthood Adult Social Care team in Richmond and Wandsworth Council.

The salary for this role is £32 per hour.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to provide a holistic, personalised, strength-based service to residents over the age of 18. Our focus is on working in partnership with service users and carers using a person-centred approach, maximising independence, wellbeing, and choice.

You will be responsible for undertaking assessments of individual and carer needs and risks to encourage independence, provide support, and prevent harm. You will also apply social work principles and values to guide professional practice and respect diversity.

In this role, you will have access to the widest variety of jobs across 150 authorities and private organisations throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
