About the Role:

As a Community Adolescent Intensive Support Specialist, you will work closely with young people aged 12-18 and their families to provide holistic support and therapy. You will be responsible for assessing and managing complex mental health crises, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CAMHS crisis intervention, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We offer a competitive salary of £43,041 - £64,619 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
