At Creative Support Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to lead our team in Blackpool. As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing respectful personal care and emotional support to individuals with learning disabilities.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and development of our team. You will work closely with service users, families, and the multi-disciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes. In addition, you will have the chance to implement Creative Support principles and policies, ensuring that our services meet CQC requirements.

We offer competitive pay for this role, approximately £75 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include pension contributions, 28 days' leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional care and support, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide respectful personal care and emotional support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Collaborate with service users, families, and the multi-disciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Implement Creative Support principles and policies to ensure compliance with CQC requirements
  • Supervise and support staff to best meet service user needs and preferences
  • Support service users to lead fulfilling lives and remain safe and well
