Lettings Negotiator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our team at our Nottingham office. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants, and contractors.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday (with 1 in 3 Saturdays) and requires a minimum of 1 year's lettings experience.
About the PositionWe are looking for someone who can add real value to our team and contribute to our passion for property and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Compliance Management: Arrange gas safety checks, EICRs, EPCs, and ensure all necessary compliance measures are met.
- Driving License: Possess a full UK driving license.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 1 year's lettings experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A full UK driving license.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
