We are looking for a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our friendly team based in the Nottingham Office. As a leading independent estate agent, we pride ourselves on providing an unrivalled service to our clients.
About the Role- This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1 year's lettings experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating with landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth transactions and excellent customer service. Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with all stakeholders.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Maintaining accurate records of property viewings, offers, and agreements.
- Conducting regular site visits to ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Holding a valid UK driving license and being willing to drive for business purposes.
The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £28,000-£32,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
