At Westcott Search Limited, we are passionate about providing a superb, professional, and friendly service to our clients. We are currently seeking a Property Negotiation Specialist to join our team in Nottingham and play a key role in achieving our sales and lettings goals.
This exciting opportunity requires a highly motivated individual with a minimum of 1 year's lettings experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating lets, preparing tenancy agreements, and arranging valuations, while maintaining excellent relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
A full-time role Monday to Friday (with 1 in 3 Saturdays) is available, offering a competitive salary of £27,500 - £32,000 per annum.
