We are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our team based in the Nottingham area. Our company, Westcott Search Limited, is committed to delivering exceptional results in sales and lettings.
About the Position- This is a full-time role with a competitive salary and benefits package.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing lettings activities, including viewing properties, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client relationships. Our ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinating property viewings and negotiations with landlords and tenants.
- Managing paperwork and administrative tasks associated with lettings.
- Possessing a valid UK driving license and being willing to drive for business purposes.
The estimated annual salary for this position is around £26,000-£31,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
