Job Title:

Community Psychiatric Nurse - Older Adult Team

Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Community Psychiatric Nurse to join the Older Adult Team in High Wycombe. The role offers flexibility in working hours with weekday shifts and optional weekend work.

Key Responsibilities
  1. You will provide mental health assessments, care planning, and interventions for older adults in the community, ensuring comprehensive and compassionate care.
  2. Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated support and tailored care plans for older adult patients.
  3. The role is Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work either 9:00-17:00 or 8:00-16:00, with weekend shifts available.
Position Details:
  1. Location: High Wycombe
  2. Work Pattern: Monday to Friday (9:00-17:00 or 8:00-16:00)
  3. Rates:
    1. Weekday Rate: £27.00 per hour
    2. Saturday Rate: £33.00 per hour
    3. Sunday Rate: £38.00 per hour
  4. Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Requirements:
  1. Registered Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) with experience in community settings and older adult care
  2. Flexibility to work weekdays with optional weekend shifts
