About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team and take on a challenging role. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed project reports and updates for senior management
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, procurement, and construction
  • Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and quality

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in quantity surveying or a related field
  • Proven experience in construction surveying, preferably in the new build sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
